Indoor Studio Space – Capacity up to 30 people for lectures, meetings, or social gatherings.

Yoga & Movement Classes – Comfortably accommodates 10 participants indoors or use our beautiful garden and pool deck for outdoor yoga, dance, or meditation.

Furnished & Equipped – Tables, chairs, refrigerator, TV, and microphone available.

Garden & Outdoor Covered Area – Ideal for decorating, social time, or outdoor group activities.

Parking – Limited to 45 spaces available, suitable for small group events.

Wellness Package – Includes a 1 hr 15 min yoga or educational class for up to 9 people ($150) with Rose Lane Wellness. Add an extra hour for group sharing or social time ($90).

Studio Rental Only (No Vendors) – $100 per hour.

Customized Packages – Tailored pricing available based on group size, type of event, and special requests.

Rental Guidelines

Maximum capacity: 30 guests.

Alcohol is not permitted.

All events must include setup and teardown time in the rental period.

Cleaning requirements apply; a deposit of $120 is required.

Small group celebrations (birthdays, intimate gatherings with wellness session included).

Wellness classes (yoga, meditation, sound healing, Ayurveda).

Professional workshops and lectures.

Community or networking events.
